Return and Cancellation
TAFE TRIBE offers you a 7 days’ product replacement guarantee. You will need to notify us in case of any problems, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will replace the product at no extra cost. You will need to ensure that the product is in its original condition and includes the price tags and packaging.
How do I cancel the order?
- You can cancel your order by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org before your product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
- Your order cannot be cancelled once the product has been delivered to you unless there is a defect in the product.
How to replace a defective product?
- Email us on email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
- The defective product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.
- The buyer will have to pay the cost of sending the defective product back to the TAFE TRIBE office.
- Note: Please do not accept the package if it is open or looks tampered at the time of delivery of the product. Immediately reach out to us on +91 44 6691 9163.
The following products are not eligible for return or replacement under this 7 Day Replacement Guarantee:
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
- Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
- Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
